Ingredients
Ground meat or ground meat alternative
Pizza Sauce (tomato or Alfredo)
Mozzarella (shredded or sliced)
Parmesan (shredded or grated)
Your favorite pizza toppings
Olive oil (optional)
Instructions
Preheat oven to 375 degrees Fahrenheit.
Choose baking pans. Casseroles and pie pans work well. Small (6-8" cake pans work particularly well when making single servings. Line with foil. If desired, coat the foil now with a bit of olive oil.
Prepare toppings and set aside.
Brown ground turkey, beef, pork, or other ground meat alternative until cooked thoroughly. Filled baking pan(s) with equal amounts (enough to cover the bottom of each).
Pour pizza sauce over a bed of meat, add any of your favorite toppings, then cover with mozzarella and Parmesan cheese.
Bake until cheese melts.
