A crust-free delight you can eat by the spoonful.
Ingredients
*Of the following ingredients, use as much or as little you need to fill your baking dish
Tomato marinara
Multi-colored bell peppers, sliced and sauteed
White or yellow onion, sliced and sauteed
Pepperoni, sliced
Ground beef, pork, or turkey (thoroughly cooked)
Canadian bacon (small slices) or chopped ham
Bacon crumbles
Parmesan cheese
Shredded Mozzarella
Other ingredients may be added, such as black olives, mushrooms, pineapple tidbits, or whole or diced tomatoes. The heartier the dish, the better.
Combine all ingredients except the shredded mozzarella in a baking dish. Top with a generous helping of mozzarella and cover dish with a lid or aluminum foil. If using foil, tent the foil a little to help prevent the cheese sticking to it. Bake at 400 degrees Fahrenheit until sauce is warm and mozzarella is melted, about 25 minutes. Enjoy!
