Oven-Fried Potatoes

One of my favorite meals growing up was my aunt Debbie's hamburgers and fried potatoes. This is how I cook them in the oven:


Cut potatoes long-ways and spread them on a baking sheet. Drizzle all potatoes with olive oil and sprinkle with pepper and salt. Toss the potatoes around to coat with oil and seasoning. Bake at 375-400 degrees until tender (about 45 min).
