Ravioli Lasagna

Fills a 9” x 13” casserole pan.
Ingredients:
• Freshly-cooked beef, cheese, or mushroom ravioli (about three 20-22 oz. packages, or about 6 cups)
• Your favorite tomato sauce (about 4 cups)
• Meats: Pepperoni, Pork Sausage (not Italian)(about 2 cups each)
• 2 cups sautéed portabella mushrooms
• 3 cups Mozzarella cheese (shredded)
• ½ cup Shredded Asiago cheese
• ½ cup Finely-shredded Parmesan cheese
• ½ cup Grated Parmesan cheese
Instructions:
1. Brown sausage in olive oil until fully cooked.
2. In a bowl, toss shredded cheeses together until mixed.
3. In casserole pan, pour a layer of tomato sauce and follow with layers of ravioli, all meats, mushrooms, and cheese. Repeat layering until top of pan is reached. Cover with a generous portion of cheese and sprinkle with grated Parmesan.
4. Loosely cover with a sheet of aluminum foil and back until all cheese are melted (about 45 minutes).
