Bacon Tuna Salad
Mix tuna with mayo and scoop onto a bed of mixed leafy greens. Top with bacon crumbles, fresh avocado, sliced tomatoes, sliced black olives, sliced dill pickles, and sliced or diced jalapeno peppers.
Fiesta Salad
Toss together mixed leafy greens, shredded carrots, shredded red cabbage, sliced black olives, almond slivers, alfalfa sprouts. Top with salsa.
Spicy Chicken Strip Salad
Toss together mixed leafy greens and Gorgonzola or feta cheese crumbles. Top with cooked chunks or strips of chicken tenders. Drizzle with buffalo wing sauce.
Mediterranean Salad
Toss together mixed leafy greens, sliced red onion, green and black olives, feta cheese, grape tomatoes, sliced pepperoncini peppers, diced pimiento, and Italian or Greek vinaigrette. Sprinkle with black pepper.
Party Salad
Fill a large casserole-type pan with mixed leafy greens and top with rows of bacon crumbles, Gorgonzola crumbles, shredded mozzarella, grape tomatoes, dried cranberries and sliced black olives.
