Fruit Cobbler

Filling

Add to pan or pot,

4 cups fruit (blackberries, raspberries, peaches, apples)

½ cup matching fruit juice

Add to a bowl,

1/3 cup sugar

½ cup biscuit mix

Cinnamon

Nutmeg or Mace

Mix dry ingredients in bowl and then add to pan of fruit. Toss until fruit is coated and all dry ingredients are moist.

Topping

To empty bowl, add,

2 ½ cups biscuit mix

½ stick melted butter

¼ cup granulated sugar

½ cup milk

Mix topping ingredients together and then spoon dollops into the pot(s) of fruit.

Sprinkle with sugar and cinnamon.

Bake covered at 350 degrees Fahrenheit for 35-45 minutes.

Serve with ice cream.
